Member of FI/CO team engaged in two SAP S4HANA full cycle implementations (ongoing). Team member responsible for FICO integration in SAP EAM implementation. Implementation of SAP ERP - personal focus on CO module customization. Team member providing 1st and 2nd level support to two clients (SAP ERP) – FICO and IM/PS.

Successfully reorganized Treasury Department which resulted in significant reduction of financing costs. SAP end user experience since implementation of SAP in July 2014. Responsible for arrangements with financial organizations (banks, leasing companies, insurance organizations).

Organized and managing daily operations of Finance Department. Coordinate preparation of project documentation for building a Waste to Energy facility nearby Banja Luka, investment ca 72 million EUR.

Responsible for overall performance of Corporate Division. Member of Credit Committee of the Bank.

Managing overall performance of Regional Branch Banja Luka covering 23 branches/agencies in 8 cities (SME and individual clients segment).

Coordinating organizational transformation of Retail Division and implementation of new service model in Nova Banjalucka Bank as a new member of HypoVereinsnbank Group.

Acquisition and maintaining relations to SME clients of the Bank in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Getting experience in different organizational units of the Bank such as GBS/Retail/Corporate.
