Managing the design team of the digital consultancy Etribes and responsible for innovative digital products for brands like Swarovski, ZEISS, Phoenix and Dibbern. Creation of new Methods for Product Vision, MVP Scoping, Brand and Product Research and Branding. Design supervision of Etribes Corporate ID and Design including studies, communication, events and website. Development of Etribes Core Principles and Brand ID.

Set-up and management of a 16-person design team. Responsible for UX/UI, content, sale campaigns, visual language, print and corporate ID. Creation of the ABOUT YOU Awards with over 172 million media contacts. Support of the editorial shootings in Hamburg, Berlin, Cape Town, Edinburgh, Reykjavík. Awarded with several awards (Shop Usability Award, Show your App Award ...). ABOUT YOU’s mobile APP was several times on top of the App Store Lists. In 2018 ABOUT YOU reached a company value of $ 1 billion.

Als Senior Art Director lag es in meiner Verantwortung, für eine saubere Userführung in den Shops auf allen Devices zu sorgen. Ich gestaltete grundlegend Standardseiten wie Kategorie- oder Artikeldetailseiten neu und sorgte durch Konzeption von Personalisierungsfeatures zu mehr Conversion.
