I elicit, document, and manage requirements; perform fit/gap and feasibility studies, and act as a bridge between functional and technical groups

I am responsible to validate and deploy implemented solutions. Also, I am responsible for design and enhancement of technical and functional specifications. I write the functional and technical documentation and I participate in monthly Progress meetings. My major responsibility is to coordinate the communication between the customer and the developer team.

I was responsible for design, enhancement and implementation of technical and functional specifications. I developed and executed test and acceptance procedures and I participated in technical working groups and meetings with the users. Besides I have provided some user trainings in European Union. Periodically, I performed the functional and system testing.

I was responsible to perform the functional analysis of user requirements, especially for new acquired projects. In addition I was involved in design, implementation and maintenance of software applications. The programming languages I used there were VB.NET, Visual Basic and ASP. The database was MS SQL Server. Finally, I was providing user trainings on each new release of the application.
