Involved in the development and enhancement of PaperEMR's machine learning-based handwriting recognition (computer vision algorithms) application system for digitising paper-based clinical documentation and data extraction from a medical form and integrated structured data into DHIS2 (District Health Information Software 2).

Worked in the Supply Chain reporting team of a leading pharmaceutical multinational. This included the creation of Tableau dashboards to visualise supply and delivery information for the whole Kenya Healthcare Information System (KHIS). It lists all the consumables involved with testing and highlights where there are shortfalls. This role also included the creation of a Python code to automate the ETL of data collected from labs.
