Active helping foreign students to find uncomplicated and inexpensive accommodations. I manage 8 houses in Kansai Area. I am the communication link between Japanese landlords and foreign students. At the same time I have been teaching languages to people from all ages, in particular German, Spanish and English. I teach basic, intermediate levels, as well as business related topics.
