- Dashboard creator for technical experts on the team, Microsoft Power BI. - Generation of projects (LEAN and KANBAN Board methodology) to improve the fiber optic network and internal processes of the company. - Simplify data entry for call center personnel. - Creation of a preventive test tool (SQL+Power BI), for analysis of optical power loss alarms, by sending personnel to the field.

- Product analysis by delivering data and visualizations to technical experts, to improve failure rate. - Maintenance, in conjunction with sub-management level, of 3 PLAY product presentation, for the company's high level meetings. - Conducting workshops to align new concepts in the areas of attention of TELCO services.

- Incidence Analyst using Microsoft Excel (intermediate) belonging to the work track group for the decrease of the failure rate of products in optical fiber, decreasing from 21% to 9% in 1 year. - Use of ITIL v3 problem management to support internal and/or external customers. Constant analysis and diagnosis of problems to improve services and avoid repetition incidents.

- Data network design according to network resource allocation delivered by the company. - Support to Field Technician personnel giving instructions in both procedures as in equipment configurations.

- Evaluation of data services, IP telephony and dedicated internet, for large and small companies. - Management in procedures to regularize problems in costumers.

Technical knowledge of Big Data technology, in addition to the various levels of data governance. Specialized in acquiring large amounts of data with SQL, then creating visualization models in Microsoft Power BI.
