• Determine land rights required to carry out projects for Utility projects and advise as to most appropriate rights to be acquired. • Coordinate real estate and land rights acquisition between developers, landowners, appraisers, surveyors, and requesting divisions. • Review land use planning documents in Project Dox software, including building permits, platted subdivision and development plans to ensure land rights are acquired for public utility installation. • Notary Public for the State of Florida

• Negotiate and complete property agreements, permits, right of entry, right of way and other legal instruments involving Department of Fish and Wildlife land. • Strategize and negotiate complex property rights, conduct landowner outreach regarding all aspects of property rights. • Convey property management expertise and technical assistant to Regional staff including training in mapping software, application processes and property rights review.

• Point person for coordination of all land acquisition conservation projects including overseeing timetables, preparing RFP’s, managing and reviewing legal documents, assuring due diligence and financial reconciliation. • Draft, review and provide recommendations on all required real estate project documents including deeds, easements, surveys, request for bids and proposals, title, appraisals, subdivision and permit applications. • Notary Public for the State of Rhode Island.
