Main responsibilities: Organization management and business development. Activities: Bi-company business platform project, various business development feasibility studies in multiple countries, product start-up project in UK, production and process standardization and optimisation projects, company group level reorganization feasibility study and project planning. Recent activity: Export strategy for LED based solutions. Main customers: Rifas, Silo Statyba, Bikebros (UK) and others.

Main responsibilities: Acting as a Managing Director of Lithuanian legal entity, full responsibility for EBITDA in Lithuania and Belarus, including strategy and budget formation, HR, marketing and other entity management processes, including stock management. Main Accomplishments: - 2006 very good result versus budget. (Result was 180% better than budgeted). - Very good sales improvement in 2007 versus 2006. Sales were better by 76%. - Best WC improvement in 2008 in Nordic and Baltic region.

Sales management experience in Printing, Oil refining and liquid flow management equipment and automation systems industries. Main responsibilities: Different level responsibility for sales process - started as a sales consultant, up to a sales manager.
