Responsible for checking guests in to and out of the hotel, escorting them to the rooms and handing out keys, preparing bills and taking payments. Also dealing with reservations by phone, e-mail or face-to-face, answering questions about facilities in the hotel and the surrounding area and dealing with complaints or problems.

Responsible for serving customers, taking orders, cleaning and preparing tables and other general duties. Working as a supervisor during the last month in one of the different areas.

Responsible for serving customers, taking orders, clearing and preparing tables at important meetings, dinners and weddings. Ending up being the only one responsible in small meetings. Also responsible for answering questions about facilities in the hotel and the surrounding area and dealing with complaints or problems.
