As development team lead at Kaspersky Lab I am focused on provisioning quality product maintenance services to company's B2B customers and business units, including ncident research and resolution, product customization, and implementation of feature requests. In different times my team (distributed over two locations: Moscow and Shanghai) included six to fifteen members. In this position I developed and introduced a system of KPIs that measure the key processes of the team with respect to SLAs and OLAs.

As coordinator for international research and academic programs, I was responsible for managing international activities of Tomsk Polytechnic University related to double degree master programs and international grant programs including TEMPUS and FP7.

During my study at TUM I was engaged in research project "ProAuthent" (http://www.proauthent.de) that aimed at design and implementation of an authentication system for machinery parts based on RFID transponders and digital signatures. As a member of the project team I conducted research and comparative analysis of various digital signature algorithms including RSA, DSA, and ECDSA and developed a methodology for digitally signing low-memory RFID chips.

As trainee and junior developer at Elecard Devices I was engaged in a project that aimed at implementation of a video-processing software suite for consumer market. My role in this project was to implement and test product features according to the given specification.
