Training users of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, the system of the company. Analysis of business processes to eliminate gaps and proposals for new developments. Detailing the operation of new development, so the future development is performed as expected. Used Lean methodology to change systems of the company to a main integrated system and eliminate double work.

Contact with suppliers. Control of invoices. Homologation of new functionalities of the systems including Microsoft CRM Dynamics, and mobile apps.
