Identified variances and provided route cause for quality decision making process. -Consistently executed month and year closing within 3 business days. -Consolidated and submitted Operating Plan and delivered forecast.

*Financial Vendor Due Diligence: Supporting analysis of quality of earnings. Identify EBITDA, ‘one-off’ or ‘non-trading’, normalization and Pro forma adjustments. Reporting of Net debt/cash, working capital and CAPEX. Reporting and analysis of free cash flow. P&L understanding and analysis of subjective accounting. *Expert Witness Reporting: Analysis of CAPEX, balance sheet and P&L statements. Internal and external audit. *Professional communication with various levels of clients (CEOs, CFOs).
