Responsible for a rig with all Electric and Electronic components of a Truck. Keep all updated and running in order to do hardware verification when necessary and troubleshooting. Also some tasks as changing diagrams and updating harnesses for Volvo Trucks.

Design Engineer with duties as packaging studies, development, document and installation of electrical harnesses of Volvo Buses. Structure new parts in system, Manage maintenance quality cases of electrical installation and electrical components. Following up cases, delegate to solving responsible, and keep KPI on track. Support production in assembly problems or installations implemented and secure a smooth introduction, by a cross functional agreement between departments.

Self-managed project that aimed to update a hardware in the loop system. The main scope was to deliver all plans and documentation integrating a hybrid software verification capability in five sites. To achieve that all specifications, diagrams, technical descriptions and drawings were reviewed, agreed among the stakeholders . The main moto of this job was not to be hooked on what we have nowadays as base equipment, but keep eyes open for the best practices and opportunities.

Responsible to visit clients and raise the necessary information to do a report. This report regards itens to be suited on the machines and electrical standards. In addition to that some suggestions of improvements were made.

Worked on quality receipt acting to be the first contact since found an issue on assembly parts on the production line. Responsible to inform, send and receive items from the supplier. Also ask for containment plans. Manage and control quantity of items with problems.

Worked on a laboratory of top Load Vertical Axis washing machines (APD - Advanced Produc Development) searching and developing new technologies. Tasks such as prototyping, programming , soldering electrical boards, creation of bench tests were part of the job to furthermore do a report and also a presentation. Regularly meeting with Sweden, US, Italy was also part.
