Responsible for carrying out instrumentation team coordination, acting as technical interface with clients and project management team, assisting in technical and economic proposal preparation, in charge of leading projects for the national petroleum company and local clients from conceptual to detailed design, including site visits attendance, instrumentation and control documents preparation, preparation of progress and planning reports for the project management team.

Responsible for all works relating to technical specifications, material requisitions, technical tabulations, technical agreements and documentation approval for typical Oil & Gas instrumentation equipment. In the control section the responsibilities were focused in the technical specifications for BPCS and SIS, development of system topologies for SIS, Control Philosophies, Control Narratives and Strategies, Cause and Effect diagrams for Oil and Gas processes

Part of Instrumentation Offshore Team in Wood Houston Office, responsible for all works relating to maintaining P&IDs, developing specifications and requisitions for instrumentation such as control valves, orifice plates and electronic transmitters, this is in addition to reviewed vendor documentation and support to other engineering disciplines.

Part of the COABB PSPG (Power Systems Power Generation) team which developed projects for conventional and renewable based power generation plants. Responsible for: Development of solutions for Basic Process Control Systems and Safety instrumented systems in potential projects as new opportunities and upgrades of existing ABB installed base. Making of Technical and commercial bids for Basic Process Control Systems and Safety instrumented systems in Power Generation projects.

Part of execution team for Automation and Control projects for Oil and Gas Industry. Responsible for: • Configuration of Basic Process Control Systems, including programming of Distributed Control Systems, Programmable Logic Controllers and Human Machine Interfaces. • Development of engineering and maintenance practices for Basic Control Systems. • Providing field support, commissioning and start-up of Basic Control Systems in Industrial processes.
