Provide program management and engineering support for naval and aviation facilities and shipboard systems for several United States Navy platforms. Responsibilities include: project management, systems and facilities specification development, engineering, Integrated Logistics Support, and systems installation compliance. Lead development and integration of new systems.

Designed, programmed, and facilitated purchase of offshore oil recovery systems and their controls from project initiation through the life of the systems. Work included designing electrical systems to operate offshore autonomously and without error for long periods of time in harsh environments. Designed both offshore and onshore support facilities, managing several contractors and aspects of each unique project.

Designed, tested, built, programmed, and installed electrical and control systems for onshore and offshore oil rigs. Redesigned systems including pressure control and motion compensating systems, from hydraulic to novel electrical control systems. Supervised the build, testing, and use of these products. Oversaw equipment installation and integration while maintaining certification and interface documentation. Oversaw construction through operations, retrofit, retirement, re-engineering and re-manufacture.

Conducted reservoir evaluation/wire line operations and managed technical crew and hundreds of thousands of dollars’ worth of equipment including performing inventory and maintenance on several large projects for multiple clients.  Managed Wireline Logging operations on newly drilledComi wells to determine their worth and production zones.  Maintained logging tools valued in the tens of thousands and containing nuclear sources.
