I’m responsible as Manager Operations for the daily process of the internal consulting team and all the consultants working at our clients. Besides my commercial role (responsible for clients as Philips and Rabobank etc.) I’m involved and responsible for the personal development of the internal team members and setting up and developing the different knowledge academy’s, other services (recruitment and consulting) of Eclectic and new product market combinations.
