Modeled metal forming and spring-back simulations on CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, Siemens NX) Conducted finite element analysis for metal forming and spring-back processes on Abaqus & LS-Dyna. Evaluated and documented the simulation results with MATLAB and Python. Performed 3D scanning of TPIF-formed sheets for shape accuracy validation. Analyzed the microstructure of steel alloys via Python-generated tools and formed representative volume elements (RVE) on DRAGen.

Recovered various metals from the residue of manufacturing processes via reduction and leaching. Synthesized nanoparticles by Ultrasonic Spray Pyrolysis (USP).

Produced raw material via powder metallurgy and mechanical alloying, followed by particle size distribution analysis with Malvern. Prepared samples for metallographic examination of scrap Al-GNP composites with different proportions of reinforcement. Examined the samples with X-Ray crystallography (XRD) and Optical Electron Spectrometry (OES). Analyzed the microstructure via optical microscopy (OM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Applied micro-hardness and electrical conductivity tests on samples.

Developed Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Edited content on websites of retail stores and various bus & truck models.

Performed mechanical, chemical, and microstructural examination in detail and reported on the samples manufactured in the iron & steel industry. Planned and organized new project proposals with a quality engineering perspective.

Specialized in sustainable metal forming and casting. Written student mini thesis on “3D Characterization of Graphite Morphologies in Gray Cast Iron via X-Ray μCT”. GPA: 2.9/5.0
