Responsible for group wide Internal Auditing and Compliance Investigations of the leading Turkish energy company Enerjisa, operating as a 50/50 Joint Venture of German E.ON SE and Turkish Sabanci Holding. Enerjisa employing approximately 9,000 people is a fully integrated utility active in power generation, distribution, sales, and trading.

Supported the formation of a strategic alliance of German E.ON SE with Turkish Sabanci Holding during complex due diligence process.

Coordination of all Regulatory Affairs of the Group.

Commercial responsibility for the development of 800 MW gas fired power plant (CCGT) in Turkey. General Manager for two joint venture companies with Turkish partner Turcas, a well-established player in the Turkish power and oil market.

Preparation of budgets, forecasts and business plans and continued monitoring & review of performance against them to enable robust reporting to top management and stakeholders.
