This internship was a walkthrough explanation of the corporate Kosovo Telecom in the IT Departments with engineering personal of understanding and seeing how they implemented their infrastructure from top-to-bottom such as: • Help-Desk • System Administrator • Network Operation Center and Data Security • Server Virtualization

As an IT Support Technician we had to manage and maintain 60 stores across the country with their Hardware including: PCs, Printers, Fiscal Printers(F-Link, N-link). Software including: Sales software of the 60 stores, PDA, PGM, CFMA, SQL. And Network devices. Most of the time working remotely, and traveling whenever was needed to do a physical intervention with the hardware or software.

• Worked on IT systems and different things as an IT • Trained for Computer and Mobile service • Assisted in Computer Troubleshooting, Network troubleshooting • Responsible for router/switch configuration of clients • Trained in configuring and managing a network • Hardware and software sales
