• Analyzed droplet characteristics—including droplet velocity and size—for the spray cooling of a rotating cylinder by designing experimental setups and processing high-speed Phantom camera footage using FIJI and MATLAB, while performing extensive literature reviews. Also, designed custom mechanical fixtures and 3D-printed components using SolidWorks to optimize the experimental spray cooling setup. Mechanical Design: Performed topology optimization on robot links and torso using Abaqus to minimize weight and maximize stiffness. Developed a novel planar torsional spring mechanism for the EXO robot ankle joint, resulting in substantial weight reduction. • Control & Electronics: Developed a real-time platform connecting MATLAB Simulink to TwinCAT for rapid testing of control algorithms. Programmed CubeMars AK Actuators via CANopen.

CAD/CAM & Statics: Instructed introductory and advanced SolidWorks courses. Evaluated structural analysis projects and lectured on various manufacturing methodologies.
