Designed structural test fixtures from scratch for joint connection analysis at DLR Stuttgart’s Institut für Fahrzeugkonzepte. Translated test requirements into design concepts, applied analytical sizing to bolted joints, produced 2D drawings, and coordinated fabrication. Built and integrated fixtures hands-on, set up multi-axis instrumentation (DIC), executed dynamic and quasi-static test campaigns, and iterated designs against FEA predictions.

Maintained the US Army’s field-deployed satellite and LOS communication network (WIN-T INC 2). Diagnosed and repaired complex electro-mechanical systems in vehicle-mounted and fixed outdoor installations operating in temperature extremes, rain, dust, and vibration. Managed full maintenance cycles through to system validation, produced technical documentation, delivered operator training, and coordinated across distributed field teams.

Installed, configured, and maintained SOF Deployable Node satellite antenna systems in operational and deployed environments in support of U.S. Army Special Operations Forces. Resolved complex signal path issues across tactical communication networks, enabling VoIP, data, and internet connectivity for end-users. Maintained deployment readiness and led technical operations in direct support of Special Operations missions.

Designed precision components and sub-assemblies for high-speed automated packaging machinery at Coesia in Richmond, VA. Applied GD&T, worst-case and RSS tolerance analysis, and DFM throughout; derived subsystem requirements, defined interfaces, and produced 2D drawings to serial production standard. Led prototype-to-production cycles with full BOM and change-control documentation ownership. Implemented linear-motor automation improvements that measurably increased throughput.
