I carried out the recruitment processes of diverse professional profiles.

I took different duties related to the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) área: • Management of LISMI Act compliance • Management of Endesa’s Channel Offers • Updating and drafting of the information posted on Endesa’s website related to our area • Management of Volunteering • Developing awareness initiatives primarily related to disability (EEC, donations, various initiatives…) • ..…….

During these three months, I exclusively in charge of the management of talent pool that was being carried out in Endesa at that time. During that time, I was in constant contact with Italy, both by telephone and email, being English the common language.

I carried out different functions in the Recruitment department, especially issues related to the SAP program.
