Provide scientific and technical intelligence and general military intelligence on foreign ground forces in support of the war-fighting commanders, force and material developers for the Department of Army, Department of Defense, SOUTCHOM and national level decision-makers. Serve as a project manager and author for numerous studies on Latin America & the Caribbean on issues such as political instability and low-intensity conflicts, guerilla warfare & drug trafficking, and risk assessments.
