Employed in the Business Matching department, with following tasks: - Maintenance of the customer database - Supporting the Business Matching team in the daily business - Additional office work as required

- Perform and document product audits to determine compliance with specifications and quality standards - Order and product returns management - Customer care via email & phone in German, English and Greek
