• Performing month-end closing activities using SAP4/HANA and SAP ECC • Processing General ledger transactions • Processing Controlling transactions • Processing Fixed assets transactions • Providing consultation to the colleagues in international JTI offices about best accounting practices • Responding to auditor requests • Responding to consolidation team requests

• Closing year-end Financial Statements and coordinating with Auditors • Recording daily journal entries into Sage50 • Reconciliation and Monitoring of AR and AP • Managing Payroll records and salary payments • Process bank transfers to suppliers, service providers and to staff • Petty Cash booking and processing of cash payments • Undertaking visa and immigration formalities with DMCC and PRO company • Perform periodical physical inventory checks and classification

• Preparing reconciliations with foreign customers and documentation • Creating, tracking and collecting accounts receivable • Taking part in drafting contracts with customers • Profitability analysis and improvement of new service accounts • Taking part in monthly and quarterly closing processes and formation of financial statements • Taking part in budgeting and forecasting processes for revenues and expenses

• Preparing reconciliations with customers and documentation • Creating, tracking and collecting accounts receivable • Compiling data and preparing a variety of reports for the Pension Fund, the Federal Tax Service and for the Federal State Statistics Service; • Preparing documents for the annual inventory • Monthly and quarterly closing processes and formation of financial statements
