- Work closely with Hiring Managers in order to determine the recruitment needs and perform end-to-end recruitment processes. - Ensure the identification of sufficient number of candidates and the selection of high quality hires. - Decide the strategy and recruitment methods according to every job opening. - Perform administrative tasks related with the recruitment process. - Prepare and conduct screening interviews. - Create candidate pools for individual job and special hiring initiatives.

- Retrieves daily order management requests from the internal applications and process mailbox. - Monitors and acts upon daily reports on parts and orders status; follows up until closure. - Investigates parts status in all order management applications available in order to identify part status, availability and shipment details.
