This was an interim assignment for 7 months. My primary responsibility was to recruit an elite team of Transformation Architects across the EMEA region. I was successful in placing candidates in the Benelux, Nordics, Russia and Germany. I was also responsible for successfully recruiting a Senior Director in Consulting Northern Europe as well as Senior APPS (ERP/CRM/MDM/SCM) and TECH (BI/DIS) Sales Reps in Norway, Denmark, UK and Italy.

I was responsible for recruiting Sales and pre-Sales Software Applications professionals for the Nordic region. This was an interim assignment for 3 months. In that time, I was successful in filling 13 positions scattered across the 4 countries, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland. I had to quickly develop relationships with 19 different hiring managers. It was a challenging assignment and I learned a lot.
