Main responsibilities are production of approved offer to the customer, adherence to Rainbow Bidding and Offer Approval process, driving and controlling of reviews as well as preparing of plan and budget, organizing and monitoring of the process to deliver the proposition. Fast Track implementation and ensuring risk management and mitigation strategy are ones of the most important and valued traits of bid manager. Working with the IT applications of SAP, Salesforce CRM, RM Dashboard, Fieldglass etc.

Organizing teams, setting milestones and planning meetings; delivery project operational readiness services prior to the end of the project according to time and budget; implementation in production of business and technical projects and sub-projects for new or revised BSS systems/services (operated by TI); preparation of PCR estimations; project reporting; problem solving (identifying risks, consideration alternatives); facilitating clear communication among project stakeholders.
