As a Commercial Director, I was responsible for the Marketing & Sales strategy, design and implementation. I joined Microsoft as EMEA Marketing Manager for TechNet Plus, a subscription product addressing IT Professionals. After a year I was reporting to Microsoft HQs in Seattle, acting as a liaison between the Product team and the company subsidiaries worldwide. I was highly involved in the development of the yearly Marketing plan and product strategy. I was responsible in helping subsidiaries to localize, adjust and implement the marketing plan adopting global tools and leveraging local resources.

As a Product Manager in COSMOTE (wireless carrier) I was responsible for the research regarding new services such as RFID, mobile wallet, instant messaging services, mobile TV. I was the product manager of services built on fixed-mobile convergence services such as the interoperable messaging platform and push-to-talk.

I joined Accenture as a new hired, in the role of Analyst, specializing in the field of CRM business processes design and system customization for Telecom companies. During my fist assignment (a start-up Telecom carrier, joint venture of Italian-Greek operators) I managed to be promoted and lead a team of developers and functional users.
