Teaching 3D modelling, texturing and rendering to two classes of approximately 15 students in Visual and Product Design. Plan and teach courses in Autodesk Maya, Arnold and Substance Painter. Create practical exercises, demonstrations, project briefs and Moodle resources, using Microsoft Teams. Developed school-wide guidelines for AI use in education. Develop assessment criteria, evaluate projects and provide individual feedback.

3D environments and assets for international film, television, advertising and immersive productions. Team coordination, mentoring, production pipeline improvement, tool testing and technical documentation. Cross-functional problem-solving across creative, technical and production departments. Elected employee representative during the 2023 collective redundancy consultation: departmental feedback, employee questionnaires, alternative proposals and communication with management.

Work-based training in leadership, team coordination and development, coaching, communication, conflict management, feedback management, operational planning and project management. Combined theoretical learning with workplace application and a portfolio of evidence, the final exam was on the internal redundancy consultation process I was part of.

Modules: Organisational change and culture; leadership; employee relations and motivation; work design and well-being; learning and development; careers; selection and assessment; quantitative and qualitative methods. Dissertation: analysed 120 employees in 60 coworker dyads using mixed-effects models to test associations between accuracy of trait and social identity perceptions and contact quality, moderated by perceived expert and referent power.

Grade: First-class Honours - completed alongside full-time employment Dissertation: explored the relationships between flexibility, perceived organisational support, boundary control and work-life balance among professionals in hybrid creative work, informed by my real-life experience. Used a questionnaire with validated psychological scales, correlation analysis and multiple linear regression.
