Analyzed and monitored the implementation of a new call center system. Worked on integrating different ERP, Broadcasting, CRM and call center systems to extract relevant data and build a companywide dashboard that provides the needed business visibility to key stakeholders.

Worked on various project for the Iraqi market that allowed the company to bridge the gap between the international banking standards and the local ones.

Worked on three major company projects, was able to deliver them on time and surpass the stakeholder’s expectations.

Conceived a solution that prevents people from cheating during driver license tests by relying on sensors and cameras to actively monitor the student throughout the exam.

Final Year Project: Concept and implementation of an archiving system for Banks, enabling user to save digital files in the system and store physical files in a warehouse. An interactive map enables the user to find physical files in the warehouse and a bar-code system enables users to track them.
