I am the editor and co-owner of WWW.INBEST.CO.IL which is an Israeli financial website that is dedciated to assist savers and investors to make better decisions. I also write occasionally in WWW.INDEXUNIVERSE.COM and in the leading Israeli business magazine - The Marker - on investment related issues. I am a lecturer in the Hebrew University in the MA program for Community Leadership & Philanthropy Studies. I am an experienced economic consultant and published several academic articles.

Managing Director of AJJDC Real Estate Company (AREC) Ltd. A Cypriot based company that managed all the real estate of AJJDC in the FSU. The company managed several buildings in Russia, Ukraine and Moldova. The buildings ware used as community centers, and each one operated according to a business plan with an aim to achieve self sufficiency.

Deputy Director and CFO of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee ( AJJDC) in the Former Soviet Union. Activities included: (a) budget allocation, accounting and cost control (b) cash management (c) tax issues (d) auditing (e) enhancing cost-effectiveness (f) economic analysis.

Manager of the business development department at Hadasit Medical Research Services & Development Co. Ltd., a subsidiary for R&D of the Hadassah Medical Organization (H.M.O). Activities include: (a) technology transfer agreements (licensing and equity holdings) (b) clinical trials agreements with worldwide companies; (c) budgets for various research programs; (d) marketing R&D projects; (e) business plans and presentations to investors and venture capital funds.

Head of the department for price indices for the construction, infrastructure and utilities industries at the Central Bureau of Statistics (Israel). Activities included: data auditing and methodology, publication policy etc.; planning and supervising national expenditure surveys including the issues of methodology, investigation methods, and the estimation of unobservable data; development of computerized systems for the calculation of price indices.
