Working as a TAC Customer Support Engineer in IOS XR team. Providing technical support for large Enterprise or Service Provider networks based on IOS XR platforms. Troubleshooting of issues, including many technologies and protocols (BGP/OSPF/ISIS, MPLS and MPLS Traffic Engineering, Segment Routing, Multicast routing, VPNs etc.), and HW platform (packet loss, memory leaks, high CPU usage etc.). Working as a TAC Customer Support Engineer in Service Provider Edge team. Main responsibilities include handling issues related to following technologies – Broadband Cable (CMTS), ISG, SCE, Broadband aggregation with PPP, L2TP, VPDN, AAA.
