As occupational safety and health's appointee of the company, I was responsible to brief all other colleagues about rules and laws regarding workplace's safety and health. My task consisted of continuous monitoring the company environment to detect and recognize possible unsafe behaviours or carelessness, which could lead to accidents or diseases, and create or implement protocols to avoid them. These capabilities has been achieved following a training course by the VBG Akademie in Lautrach.

- Hardware/Digital (AGILE – SCRUM) development - Design, develop, test of avionic cards - FPGA/SoC firmware in VHDL and (essential) C/C++ - Implementation of Military and Commercial avionic databuses MIL-STD-1553, ARINC-429, EADIN, ADB, PANAVIA - Components' selection and evaluation - Schematic/PCB design Development, Specification and documentation under ISO-9001 - Layout evaluation and verification - Test: mechanical, electrical and functional - Provision and development of documentation and protocols

- Hardware/Digital/Analog development - Design, develop, test FPGA (Xilinx and Quicklogic architectures) based solution for advanced Time Correlated Single Photon Counting systems - FPGA firmware in VHDL - Analysis of old design made in obsolete logic and their simulation, translation and redesign from schematic to VHDL format. - Test: mechanical, electrical and functional - Provision and development of documentation and protocols

- Establishment of performances, design guidelines, development, documentation and test requirements of military aircraft computers - Development of low level test procedures to guarantee and verify modules' performances for Qualification. - Verification of modules fully compliancy of customer requirements, - Proposal of technical solution in accordance with customers and Project members with the final goal to reach an agreement between the customer requirements and the company offer
