Provides level 2 support, including incident handling, problem resolution, and break/fix. Provides hardware maintenance and software. Participates in and coordinates technical resources for disaster recovery planning and testing for infrastructure and client business applications. Assists other GIS lines of business with their site operations as necessary.

Responsible for providing leadership delivery of sales support and initiatives to Sofia East, Northwest and North region of the retail distribution channel regarding Retail Investments products. Identify and provide product specific training when appropriate to sales force Identify gaps, issues and best practices by monitoring of Retail Investment sales and service (growth and retention) targets against Area plans.

Financial control, monitoring and supervising the allocation of the EU Structural Funds. Prepare financial analysis and propose action plans for more efficient implementation of the operational programs. Coordinate and support the beneficiaries of the EU Structural Funds.Making on the spot checks. Review and evaluate Public tenders.

Manage the maturing time deposits. Give preferential rates. Monitoring of the incoming and outgoing funds. Monitoring the performance of the branches regarding deposits and investments. Actively engaged on Personal banking project.

Manage the sales of the Mutual funds and investment products. Prepare the targets for the sales persons in the Branch network. Make trainings and presentations. Follow up the results.

Responsible for the sales of the UBB Mutual funds and investment products. Make trainings to the other staff regarding the investment products, deposits and other saving products. Monitoring the execution of the targets.
