• Organised drawings, photographs, publications and research materials into structured working archives for filmmaker and visual artist Lutz Becker and photographer Iraida Icaza. • Developed bibliographies, documentation systems and inventories supporting research, production and long-term archival management. • Coordinated the relocation of archival materials and storage to a new studio and residential space.

• Managed day-to-day venue operations, procurement, logistics and facilities maintenance for the institution • Oversaw budget monitoring, financial documentation and bookkeeping, including supplier and service contract administration • Coordinated inventory management, artwork registration and institutional reporting • Supervised interns and provided day-to-day operational oversight of the institution

• Negotiated access and coordinated a location photo shoot at the Galleria Doria Pamphilj, Rome, to photograph Velázquez's "Portrait of Innocent X", for a new work exhibited in "Inspiration – Iconic Works" • Secured permits and coordinated on-site logistics; exhibited at Nationalmuseum Stockholm and Ateneum Art Museum Helsinki (2020)

Four-week writing workshop on art criticism, covering critical analysis of exhibitions and artworks, and the development of short-form critical writing across different publication formats.

Four-week course on producing exhibition catalogues and art publications, covering funding, budgeting, contracts and permissions, production and design, and marketing and distribution.
