Characterization of neural stem cells in the adult zebrafish CNS, using a lesion model. Additional duties include: institute safety officer (SIB), ordering and organization of laboratory supplies, monthly budgeting, maintaining lab equipment, training/supervision of laboratory interns, revising of manuscripts, RNA analysis and gene expression profiling using microarrays, immunohistochemistry, general molecular biology, cell culture, mouse and zebrafish husbandry/colony maintenance.

Chemosensory Perception Laboratory: Contacted, screened and tested human subjects for olfactory perception. Collected and organized behavioral and physical data, maintained records, wrote summaries and perform data analysis using Delta Graph and Excel.
