• Successfully established the service life cycle for ‘Supervisory Academy’, a L&D and digitalization mobile app run on tablets, for a target audience of 10.000+ warehouse supervisors. • Project Managed using Lean methodology, a lift & shift cloud migration to Microsoft Azure from an externally to an internally hosted application & database, tracking tasks’ status based on the plan. • Continuously improved the service, reducing the resolution time, the reassignment count and the issue handling time by 18%.

• Responsible for Training and Support on CargoWise One Transport Management System (CW1) (TMS) for all 34 Europe countries, conducting Core Team Trainings for the SME team of each country and Train the Trainers for all the country trainers • Conducted physical & virtual CW1 TMS trainings, for Air Freight (AFR), Ocean Freight (OFR), Road Freight (ROA) and Customs (CUS) Operations • Provided physical & remote system Go-live support for both AFR & OFR, resolving system operational issues.

Responsible for Training and Support on CW1 for all 24 MEA countries, conducting Core Team Trainings (CTT) for the SME team of each country and Train the Trainers (TTT) for all the country trainers • 7 CTT for SME Training, 3 TTT and 2 End User Trainings, for 103 colleagues in total from 24 Middle East and African countries. • Facilitated 3 localization workshops, for AE-DXB, AE-AUH & KE with a total of 35 participants. (where we identify all country specific scenarios.

• Created Forecasting accuracy & Productivity reports that resulted in improving forecasting by 11% within 9 months in performance improvement & savings in 7 countries. • Created the 1st product portfolio for Air/Ocean Freight and Warehousing in the region. • Impacted management decisions by analyzing and presenting financial & performance data. • Involved in creation of Management Information Service report | Forecasting Report | KPI Performance Report and also in Various Data Analysis & presentations.

• Supported SAP deployment in 12 countries, achieving project’s major milestones. • Supported 12 contract migration and rates collection teams ensuring timely data migration from legacy to SAP. • Acted as a link, coordinating communication between countries, regional office, global team and global service center, cascading communication, keeping all parties abreast. • Lead systems co-existence ensuring smooth execution of more than 200 shipments between pilot & legacy system countries.
