Managed a team of 30+ staff that handled virtual assistance and digital marketing clients from Australia and the UK and 50 + contractors from the UK, Australia, Ireland, and the USA. Managed implementation and deployment of business operational strategy, policies, and procedures to improve skills and communication, boost morale, and reduce turnover.
