- Act as subject matter experts to fulfil internal control requirements and give guidance for the Finance Function with regards to the implementation of relevant policy or regulatory driven requirements - Design, implement, and maintain an effective end-to-end risk governance & control framework to ensure groupwide control over financial reporting - Ensure proper identification and definition of key performance and risk indicators and create End-to-End Scoreboards

• Build and lead a team of specialists in order to fulfil Internal Control System & regulatory requirements • Responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of an effective end-to-end risk governance framework including an holistic approach to risk controlling and reporting within FA&C • Monitoring of ICS Framework & Risk Management Processes within FA&C by facilitating Risk and Control Self-Assessments to identify key risks • Ensure the effectiveness of applied Internal Control System
