Maintaining the practice’s operating procedures and project documentation.

Developed invoicing automation to generate and send invoices to multiple clients simultaneously, saving approximately CHF 250,000 annually in human-resource costs. Designed and maintained multiple Power BI dashboards to track client orders, visualize key metrics, and pinpoint study-setup discrepancies in real time Owned GMP/GDP documentation completeness for every shipment, serving as the double-check and approval point for order accuracy and regulatory compliance. Supported IT and non-IT teams in driving multiple projects to completion. Developed SOPs, guidelines, and frameworks to improve efficiency and consistency across initiatives. Performed root-cause analysis on stalled processes and tracked corrective and preventive actions to closure with cross-functional stakeholders. Conducted descriptive data analytics, built Power BI dashboards, produced financial models from company data, and maintained presentations and project documentation on SharePoint.
