Responsibilities • Managing over 160 databases of all Balfin group companies. • Database recovery in case of incidents. • Monitoring and optimizing database performance. • In charge of the creation and deployment of all databases of new stores opening in Albania, Kosovo, and Bosnia. • Helpdesk and support of all database-related problems in all systems (missing sales, wrong prices, etc.) • Database security. • Create, update, maintain required reports and deploy them into excel.

Responsibilities: • Issue tracking and fixing • Staff consulting in case of issues • Server services monitoring and interference if needed • Web service and application testing in version update cases • Services and web services troubleshooting and fixing • Communication and issue solving with our developing companies for application updates, application bug fixes, etc

• Reads through or listens to material in one language, ascertains understanding of the meaning and context of that material, and converts it into a second language, making sure to preserve the original meaning. • Translates online, video, and television media by providing subtitles • Cross-reference specialized dictionaries and translation tools to check the quality of translation. • Follow up with internal team members and clients to ensure translation meets their needs.

• Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies) • Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services. • Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems. • Proofread and edit blog posts before publication. • Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic. • Promote content. • Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics. • Ensure all-around consistency in style, fonts, etc.

Teaching swimming techniques, swimming strokes, and water safety rules to students with varying swimming abilities. • Assisting more experienced swimmers to enhance their swimming abilities. • Assessing the progress of students and adjusting teaching programs accordingly. • Monitoring students to prevent accidents and injuries. • Planning swimming lessons that take into account students’ abilities and progressive development. • Identifying incorrect swimming techniques and correcting students accordingly.

Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems Implement security measures. Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements. Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems Install and update company software and hardware as needed. Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items.
