As a bis manager I was supporting sellers from IBM Germany. I assisted them gathering all the informations what they need to approve their bid. I was calculating the price, checking the SoW/contract, and gathering all the necessary approvals. When the bid was ready, I was putting every intormation about it to the SAP CRM system.
I supported internal users from a company Sulzer via phone and email. We provided worldwide IT (Windows) Support to them. I supported the users form Switzerland, Germany, United States, United Kingdom, Austria, and also other countries in English and German. For the support we used Service Now and Citrix.
