I used to be leading a team of Quality Managers across the western Europe area. Multi-site, multi-project (Germany, England, Spain, Russia and Turkey, Ford, Vauxhall, Renault, Nissan, Daimler).

In charge for the complete supply chain in terms of Quality, leading a Europe-wide team of 25 people (including region group SQA Managers). Reporting to the VP Purchasing & Quality.

I was promoted to lead the Quality Department in the new brown field Magna JIT Plant in Naberezhnye Chelny inRussia for 4 programs C520 Ford Kuga, B515 Ford Ecosport, B299 Ford Fiesta and V363 Ford Transit. After the great results in my first assignment in Russia and until the end of my assignment I was promoted as Group Quality Manager for Russia. Reporting directly to the Quality Director of Europe and to the General Management for each site.

I used to be in charge of the process and product quality assurance in the Magna JIT Plant for Ford Valencia. Program C520 Ford Kuga

In charge of the processes and quality of a 30 molding machine section, 10 of which manufacture exclusively parts for plating (chrome).

In charge of a complete shift on the Paint and Injection shop

6 month Internship as Process Engineer in the JIT seats assembly line. I was challenged to optimize the Ford Fiesta and Mazda 3 assembly line after a massive change in the production mix.
