Preliminary and Detailed Design and Simulation.

European Global Product Realization is academic virtual enterprise which joins together students from multiple European universities. Different cultures, experience and knowledge are tossed together to realize a project in a virtual environment. Our team materialized the bicycle storage product for Direct-Line Ltd, covering complete product development cycle, starting from the market research, concept development and selection, up to the technical detailing and production of the physical working prototype.

Worked in team with the National Museum of Slovenia on modern conservation and restoration technologies using CATIA V5 to reconstruct and deliver near net-shaped missing parts of 18th century fruit bowl from 3D scans. CAD modelling of various parts for 3D printing.

Student intern through summer in years 2008 - 2010. Collaborated with the manufacturing construction technicians innovating the scrap metal removal system for stamping presses, removing the production bottleneck. Supported project engineers on production start and ramp up, controlling incoming punching dies and managing tooling technical documentation, preparing optimal work flows. Worked with the quality control department.
