I am acting as the Project manager and Consultant for the CRM projects of my clients. I am fully capable of Dynamics CRM customization functionality, I am good at Business requirement analysis and planning for the CRM structure to fit the requirements.

I was the project manager and developer for the EMEA wide CRM project.

I have performed as the CRM Project Manager in Turkey, which was the adaptationof the EMEA wide CRM Project to the Turkey business.

I was the MIS Director of the company. I was responsble for the design and the full life cycle of the CRM project, which served more than 2000 users including banks, GSM operators and 3rd party companies. I was also in charge of the management of the requests of the company users regarding the CRM project, planning for the methodology and the implementation to be completed either myself or by my development team. I was the Manager of a team of 2 PMs, 1 Analyst and 5 developers.

I was the managing partner of a Microsoft CRM partner company. I was also in charge of managing the CRM projects by leading my team. I also was responsible for the infrastructure design of the CRM projects and the customizations of some projects.

I was the CRM department head, responsible for the delivery of the CRM projects of the company, which was a Microsoft CRM Partner. I was responsible for designing the infrastructure of the CRM projects as well as making the business analysis, gap fit analysis and the customization tasks for the projects we had. I was also leading my development team.

The company was our family company, making trade in the heating & cooling sector. I was the Mechanical Engineer in charge of project sales and the delivery of the projects. The role included customer relationships and the management of the workers.

The Master's degree was on business administration for Engineers. It was specialized on the business aspects as well as enginnering discipline to uphold these aspects.
