- Lead the transversal task force to select and implement the next generation CRM / ERP platform of the group, replacing current Oracle products with Microsoft Dynamics - Controller of Kudelski Security Business Unit and Corporate IT, delivering monthly performance analysis and support SVP’s in forecast and budget reviews with CEO - In charge of the desing and implementation of the budget and forecasting platform for the group's performance management processes

Implement and manage financial systems and BI applications for corporate reporting.
