Integration and analyses of logistics activities between DOW Chemical and Den Hartogh Liquid Logistics service provider is aimed. For this purpose, tactical and operational level analysis of the current process is being done. As a result, improvement of bulk liquid transportation process is tried to be provided in tactical and operational levels. The scope of the project is for all the lanes served by Den Hartogh and six-sigma approach is being utilized in this ongoing project.

Logistics system for national account customers of P&G Turkey was analyzed and a new model was developed for the purpose of distribution and logistics network redesign. This model was adapted to computer environment, and transportation costs were significantly decreased.

Future workload estimations and capacity planning were done

Daily, weekly and monthly production planning activities for glass production were done in line with the inventory control.
