Advising businesses on optimal business processes in regard to process excellence, customer intimacy, internal control and administrative organisation, efficiency, policy deployment, compliancy, agility, etc. As a consultant I have worked in a supporting role in four large projects (at IBM Netherlands BV, Dutch National Lottery (SENS), TenneT TSO BV. Projects involving business process improvement and process redesign (for the service sector). I designed processes and support it’s implementation.

UniPartners Utrecht is a non-profit consultancy firm and makes academic knowledge available for private businesses and gives students the opportunity to bring their knowledge into practice. As Acquisition Manager I contacted several organizations and individuals such as private businesses, people from Universities and media. During the start-up year, two projects were finished successfully. Their work is credited in the Annual Review of the University of Utrecht.
