• Taught the welding section and basic machining of a freshman intro class. • Monitored and aided new students as they learned to use the CNC mills and lathes. • Assisted with preparation of the foundry for use. • Aided with other various technical projects around the lab.

•Managed Factor Quality Drives and effectively track the resulting data to ensure the product is up to high standards and any issues involved are recognized/addressed accordingly. • Participate in technical analysis of faults within product to perform root cause analysis and ensure the proper means of correction are utilized. • Helped lead different cross functional team meetings involving the different areas around the factory, using the FAP werk process.

• Proved an existing theory through design of a robust experimental test for products on the manufacturing line to ensure high quality work continues to be produced. • Improved a variety of past, present, and future radar systems. • Contacted customers upon review of different components used within the manufacture process. • Obtained a Six Sigma Specialist Certification by completing and submitting the experimental project in Six Sigma format.

• Worked alongside Senior Project Engineer in review of errors occurring within the manufacturing process • Helped revise manufacturing process in order to pinpoint issues that were causing errors within the product. • Worked with 6s Principles to put workers in more compliant mindset to prevent error, thus reflecting the quality of the product.

Computational techniques revolved around the utilization of mechanical knowledge and associated processes.
